I guess some people just aren't happy with the way Riot is operating things, and tbh, they're not really doing that well, although enough for my liking. People probably think that Valve will do a better job managing and polishing their game and make it super fun.
I doubt that even 70% of the LoL population has even tried HoN.
Well I tried it but I didn't like it.
If you compare lol to HoN it's like.. comparing um.. Let's say comparing CS:S to Call of duty.
Both are same genre and in both Games you have your team that tries to kill the enemy.
One of the main differences imo is that CS:S is much more speeded up and so is HoN.
When I tried it I got ganked with speed of light, champs run like hell and shit..
It was too fast paced for me. Lol is more slow and imo more tactic oriented.
Also LoL is a lot more noob friendly. I was not able to choose my items quickly enough because the buy menu of HoN is so confusing, unlike the one from lol

When I first saw that Dominion trailer I wondered if it was possible to include a third team. Would be a fun and challenging alternative
Today I realized after raging extremely hard is that SQ Ranked is based on luck and skill. If you're unskilled or unlucky then you'll have a horrible elo. If you're skilled and you have bad luck then you'll probably stay at the same elo. Some teams I just could not carry for the life of me. Where do you think you belong? I think I should be at least above 1500, currently 1338.
10v10 is a better idea.

I am currently at 1326 or so. I guess, if i hadn't such a bad luck with teams I might be at 1450 aswell.

Most people say Elo-hell is at 1100-1300 or so.
However a good friend and experienced player of mine (currently at 1800 elo) says, that Elo-hell expands up to 1500, because you will face people who should be decent (thus playing on 1400-1500) but actually suck like bad players from 1100
I thought elo Hell was 500 or less.
1200 is just half stupid people and half new-to-30s.

You can get your lazer on 24 sec while having about 500 or 600 AP and a lot of m-pen :science:

It depends on which team has stronger players. I've had amazing comps against extremely shitty ones and still lost because of bad players.
