They said decreased damage but increased channel time...
Same DPS over less time with lower cooldown.
And HSS minicrit is really worthless if you seriously look at it.

Then I bought Ezreal and ever since I haven't played anything else unless it was ARAM or testing new champs against bots.
Taric is the man.

Pants new HSS is 3 strikes for higher scaling, but less damage overall
CD has been dropped from 20/19/18/17/16 to around 6
Scaling goes up to something like .6 now, and is about .5 at rank 3
I'm guessing it's like .4/.45/.5/.55/.6
I can't see his AD though, only his damage and items, so I can't be sure

Great change, now he isn't completely useless in teamfights if he doesn't get a triple kill with his HSS

CDR boots or Merc treads
Start with Doran's blades or shield
Brutalizer (rush it)
Spirit Visage
Sunfire cape or Randuin's (if the enemy carries doin' work)
Atma's impaler
Force of Nature
Sell brutalizer for Last Whisper or Bloodthirster or Black Cleaver(depending on armor (LW for average armor of 180 or more, BC for average armor of 140 or less, Bloodthirster for facestomping if its going well)
Sell Spirit Visage for more armor or mr or whatever you need if it somehow gets this lategame, and by this time, Renekton will be quite weak.

Frozen Mallet can also be a replacement for Sunfire cape or Randuin's if enemy team is absolutely lacking armor.

If the items don't fit the character's role.
Eg. Frozen Mallet (tanky dps item) on Karthus (sustained dps ap caster)

start with a doran shield , get normal boots then brutalizer then cdr boots then a sunfire cape then a phagethen upgrade the brutalizer to a ghostblade if you are doing ok , if not get some armor or magic resist items (depending on the enemy team , like get a randuins or thornmail if they have a 20/1/20 tryndamere) after the armo/mres items either upgrade to a ghostblade or upgrade to a frozen mallet , i suggest getting guardian angel around 35-40 minutes (if the game goes that long)
Also, never waste your 50 fury on your E. Use it on Q for healing or W for ridiculous earlygame damage.

It's a very slight nerf, though.
Ghostblade is a bad item on Renek because he doesn't benefit too much from the 50% AS boost.
Crit chance is also a completely wasted stat consider how low your AS is so you won't be proccing it often.
If it gets to a point where the game lasts long enough for you to sell your brutalizer, get TBC (3 armor reduction stacks instantly on W, tons of AD) or Bloodthirster or Last Whisper (extreme cases of armor errywhere).
I can't wait until Dominion comes out with the Frozen Warhammer which gives 375 HP and 75 AD. It would be a huge buff to AD casters.
also as renekton you can poke them by hiding in a bush activating W , slicing out of the bush to either a minion or enemy champion ( you must do this because DICE) stun with W , use Q , dice back to brush.
