I suggest:
Start with vampiric scepter and begin at wolves. Then move to the wraths, hit the big one for maximum heal and smite it right after that, finish off the other ones. Move down to the goles and kill them. By now you should be at about 100 hp. bluepill back to base, heal up and get cloth armor + 1 heal pot. Take on the bluebuff, after that again wolves and wraiths and redbuff. Alternatively you can go gank someone after the bluebuff, you should be level 4 at that point. If you don't want to, kill the red one and heal up again cause you have low health by then.
Farm your money till you can afford wriggles and from that point, jungling and ganking should be easy.
There's two ways i play nocturne. Either, I go for full damage and buy:
Wriggels, Zerker boots, Brutalizer, Infi, Black Cleater, sell wriggels and buy Bloodthirster and a last item of your choice.
The second way is my fav, the more tanky noc.
Wriggels, boots depend on your enemys, Brutalizer, Warmongs, Atmas, Infi, sell wriggels for bloodthirster and a last item of your choice. (B-veil or something)
Oh yeah I should try out Tankturne.

We do but forgot all i know is that stealth is always on them and everyone always has an oracles now.

Merc treads are a lot better, and you shouldn't consider SoTD as an item you always get.
Sunfire is a fine item since it adds 35 damage per second, and considering your AS, it's nearly equivalent to 35 more AD (in just autoattacks). It also adds 35 DPS on your spin, which is equivalent to 42 AD.

Shurelia leaked the current version of Eve rework, they went sth like this.
Q: Stays about the same, but "missile" speed increased
W: Passive, reworked stealth (explained later) Active, sort of Ashe's hawkshot with lower range.
E: Pantheon's shield-leap-stun, which does magic dmg.
R: Doesn't heal anymore from kills/assists, active stays the same, but you get a very good shield for ~2 seconds.
Stealth rework: Eve and Twitch get permanent invisibility whenever they're not casting spells or attacking for 2 seconds, when they've got at least rank 1 in the ability. Permanent stealth sounds OP, but people are always able to see the champs, but not at their max vision range, they become visible after they're within some range (I'd say about 400-500 range[Ashe's attack range is 600, whereas basic melee range is ~100])

Magic resist reduces the dmg form sunfire, to about ~20.
I know this, since I've mained Garen once in my life (picking him up again sometimes for epic early-game dominance)
