Fuck, why nerf Xin Zhao even MORE? My god, his scaling as a whole is terrible (only scales truly scales off of AS and to an extent, AD). It's just that a good Xin Zhao will be able to capitalize on that earlygame advantage and get a few items to make your autoattacks hurt. It's just his level 2 combo you have to avoid, and other champions (like jarvan) even have higher level 2 burst damage. [editline]8th August 2011[/editline] Gonna end up like twitch. Xin Zhao can negatively snowball and crumble EXTREMELY hard if you don't get lots of CS or kills early since he doesn't scale off of anything really.

If you max E, even if they ghost, you can probably get the 3 hits off.[/quote]
