For some strange, annoying reason, I'm getting some kind of glitch/lag whenever I play.
The problem is, it isn't lag from my computer, or my internet. My FPS is fine, and my latency is perfect, and I can still move, but when I use a skill, my mana goes down, but the skill doesn't do anything, and everyone else around me freezes, and the minions are running in place, and I usually end up dead because it happens during teamfights a lot.
No one else in the game is getting effected by it but me, because when I complain about it, they all laugh and say they didn't lag and I'm a baddie and I need to get better internet.
Anyone else have this problem? I'm trying to get a video of it but it's not happening when I want it to now.

Sometimes when I play I can't move or cast any skill and everyone's hp bar dissapear.
