I can farm relatively well, it's just late game when you're supposed to take anyone down 1v1 I fail miserably and can only get kills while they're busy in team fights, and even then 50 snares then nukes follow.

That's what's happening to me too. It's like the HP bars left with the champion that moved, but because of the lag, an image of that champion is left in place without an HP bar.

Sometimes I can't move, but I still see my HP bar being depleted because the glitch/lag has frozen me, but everyone else is fine so they're busy killing me.
