Normally, I would probably only get AD quints and marks, since you would seriously need the mana regen seals or a Manamune to sustain Pantheon in a lane.

Yeah, we got used to it, but try playing EU for let's say 3 days straight, go back to US. You will feel the difference, it's pretty huge.
