I think the closest thing we have to water champions are Cassiopia (her Siren skin) and Cho' Gath's Loch Ness Skin.

I'll probably hit 30 just as Season 1 ends and Season 2 starts. Dominate Nordic ranked ladder in S2 like a bause?
