its actually really powerful. 1.5 seconds is all you need if you time it right

Rampage's ult please.

Just played a match against Skarner. His ult is very situational, but it can be godly. His other abilities make up for it pretty well, granted one match doesn't really tell anything but he seems pretty balanced.

Damnit the eu servers are still down How long does server maintenance or w/e normally take?

I'm only 1300 or so away from buying him...I might have to do it.

He works so fucking well with gunblade. Shit out his Q every half second, heal like crazy from the spellvamp and lifesteal. He's like a durable melee Ashe, you really can't get away when hes shitting Qs left and right.

imo - not in this order: -Wriggles -Triforce -Gunblade -Atmas -Warmogs -Trade wriggles for wits end or bloodthirster
