Garen way too fucking good. 154 Armor, 233 MR, 3k hp, 333 AD, 18% crit, permaslow, tons of hp regen.

I went full ad in a coop vs ai but then switched to ap
i got boots, guinsoos and lichbane and was running around like a madman spamming e q w, should have bought revolver or something but the heal was decent with couple hundred ap.

Not really hes pretty simple and build like every other hybrid well for three items anyway
Mercs>Trinity>HextechGunblade>GA>Gunishos>Rylies>FoN fyi sell mercs for FoN you will have more than enough movespeed with Trinity+FoN+Basemovespeed and your sheild still gives you that noticable speedboost pretty much the same.

I think this is the optimal build for Skarner
FaN is last, replaces Wriggle's Lantern at max level (and you one shotting jungle anyway).
Boots of Mobility may seem weird, but with FaN and W activated, you have over 500 movement speed without glyphs or movement speed... you're a bullet and it's just amazing.
You would get a larger damage output from Litchbane than manamune also sorc shoes or zerks or mercs.
The Boots of Mobility allow you to zoom from point A to B so fast though

Mobility boots are never a good option because when your chasing the oncoming creepwave is 100% likely to attack you thus you have less movespeed and when you do catch up you either don't have the as, mpen or tenacity to get out of there cc so mobility boots = shit unless roaming but are always sold after laning/roaming/jungling stage aka early midgame.
