Probably a bug with something at Riot... Unless that hex edit admin tool enable is still there.
There was a thread where some guy hex edited iirc some files and he enabled an "admin" panel, he could random everyone in the lobby.

Coming from someone who's been Phoenix Udyring jungle, you can probably understand my opinion.
Q has long-as-fuck range, if it misses you can basically just call off the gank though if the lane you're ganking is retarded but you'll probably be able to burn at least Flash even if you miss Q.
And E, Jesus fuck. The damage. The cooldown going down from being hit. So good.
And infinite W due to blue, soooooooo gooooooooood
