What.. the only facts it seems you mentioned are the fact you just got owned in every game you played. Tristana while may not be at the same level as Ashe still is awesome in her own ways and carry games just as well.. you just need a lil' more farm.
Tristana is one of my favorite champs. I don't play her enough but when on the off chance I do pick her I carry hard. Her skill set is pretty amazing Riot just needs to change her numbers.

I don't suck horribly with her. Her numbers are shitty and she is a worse version of Ashe.

Q is a great tool for harrassing, often guarantees kills, good slow.
W Awesome farming tool and mass slow
E Useful for stopping ganks, scouting and good extra gold bonus
R Stuns target and damages, awesome for ganking, long range shots and for securing kills
Tris
Q Increases attack speed - no damage extra no slows
W Useful for catching people, nice slow,
E Good for farming, pretty much useless on other champs unless they are healing or have lots of regen
R Situational, pushes the target away, no stun etc
Imo
Ashe - Tris
Q > Q
W = W
E < E
R > R

You could technically aoe stun a good portion of a team if you were incredibly good with Buster Shot.
Not saying that's the primary use, but I'm just saying your shit is wrong yo

+ if you're a mage, you can get an extra 3% CDR, 0.6 AP/level, and 15% MR ignore, which I believe is basically 15% more damage done with your AP spells? 9/0/21 rape yay fun
Offense:
2% extra crit chance
Improved exhaust/smite/ignite/rally (only useful one is exhaust, MAYBE smite)
3% extra CDR
4% extra attack speed
6 armor ignore
+4 damage to minions
15% MR ignore
Increase crit damage by 10%
Increase all damage by 4%
So lets look at that, 2% crit/3% CDR/4% AS/etc. all that crap, is NOT EVEN NOTICABLE!
Increase crit damage by 10% - So say you crit for 700, that's an extra 70 damage, so you're critting for 770 damage. Ever notice that when you down a champ, without that mastery it'll usually take 0-1 extra hit(s) to kill them? Assuming all your hits will even crit? Yeah, I'm sure that extra 2% crit chance will help.
Say you're attacking a 4000 hp champ (lets ignore armor/MR all that stuff, and assume your hits are all criticals) ..
700 x 5 = 3500
770 x 5 = 3850
700 x 6 = 4200
770 x 6 = 4620
It's still going to take six hits! Oh wait, I forgot about the havoc mastery, which increases your damage by 4%! What's 4% of 4000?
4000 x 0.04 = 160
160. You put 21 points in to offense for an extra 160 dmg? And that's only on a champ that has 4000 hp.
So offensive masteries might take off that extra one or two attacks needed to kill someone, but then again, if you're playing a champion that supposedly is suited for the offensive tree, such as ashe wouldn't your attack speed be high enough to send off another attack in less than a second? And if you went in to the utility tree, don't you think that 21% CDR would let you fire off an extra volley and deal more damage in shorter time than putting 21 points in to offensive masteries will? You'll also be able to regen more mana if you were a little short for that volley, and even catch up to them thanks to your red buff lasting 30% longer! Oh crap, the enemy team came to back up your target, no worries though, your flash just went off CD thanks to the mastery that gives it 15 seconds off the cooldown.
Does anyone else think it's useless to be putting 21 points in to offensive, compared to the 21 points you can be putting in to utility?
