It's a dumb spell because you might as well have flash and then get to choose a summoner spell for the second slot.
I never use flash I use champions that have a blink/dash built in so I can get something useful

Skarner is jolly fun, has a perma slow, bit shit in the mana at the start though, although okay if you get a mana crystal to build a manamune.
