getting sunfire over those two items makes absolutely no sense and he's an idiot for doing it, plain and simple. ww has no issues farming; building sunfires just for the passive is a complete waste when you can get two items that give WW more utility and more tankiness
WW is an amazing farmer and he doesn't need an extra passive to help him with it

tank ww is good, imo the only way to play him in high elo, glass cannon ww gets instagibbed, but sf on ww is fucking terrible

when you guys say tank do you mean full tank gear or with some DPS mixed in
i don't think i could play ww with a FoN, randuins or anything else. that's too much, GA and Frozen Mallet and he's really set on survival (especially when I factor in my runes, because i usually start with flat armor yellows and flat MR blues)

By tank WW I mean tanky with 1 or 2 damage items.

I mean off tank, full full tank ww with no offensive items would be useless, it would be like tank ashe or something

I started playing WW about 2 weeks ago for over 60 games i only lost once and in 90% of them i had SF, nice amount of HP and Armor the Aoe is a bonus.

the point is that by combining the chain vest and giants belt to make SF, you lose out on late game survivability, and damage [B]and[/B] utility. by making SF you are not making any actual gains in survivability, and the AOE is a joke because by that point you should have bloodrazor and farming at that point for WW will be an even bigger joke, you don't need the extra passive for farming because he's already incredible at it
and think about all the extra farm you'll need just to pay off what you wasted on that passive
buying chain vest and giants belt and saving them for GA/Frozen Mallet has much more useful implications for WW's late game, and I have no idea why anyone builds SF on him. other than maybe completely hindering their usefulness

Wit's End would be a good item I'd consider putting in that situational slot, as well as Atma's (with my build anyway, it's a huge gain in AD as well as bonus armor and crit, what's not to like?)
That last slot really depends on team comp, but i would like to see more WWs get void
