It's just his initiation isn't very good and people tend to only build hp on him... And for Xin Zhao jungle you can get W first and go wolves-wraiths-golems-b-blue-wolves-wraiths-red-golems and a gank in there somewhere. Although I do prefer laning still. I used to mid with panth alot when he wasnt as nerfed as now. Im sure xin works wonders against the right champs too.

I've tried him sometimes and completely failed a few times while completely doing awesome sometimes. And by initiation isn't that great, I mean that it isn't nearly as strong as Alistar's or Amumu's or Malphite's, while it's quite acceptable.

Whenever I fight Mord, it either feels like "holy shit that's a lot of damage" or "tee hee that tickles" reminds me of garen actually

I should try jungling as Xin Zhao, but he's strong at laning as well. At lvl3 you're extremely powerful against squishy carries.

Boy I love going 2v1 top with Xin and Alistar. Both have #1 level 2 combos.

So unless your partner can dish out heavy damage, you really can't finish them off
