Or what if it has the new stealth already worked into it and just make part of his passive enemys see him within x distance like the new stealth rework but without putting it in and leaving twitch and eve the same for further balance.

But usually the guides that are "Approved" or "Featured" (moreso the latter) are better than the standard guides on solomid.net.
And taking a quick glance through them,
That stands true. The "Approved" one (Don't knock it 'till you try it. by Keiffeyy) is a lot more comprehensive, and it's a lot more logical compared to the other one.
