If his playstyle is spamming spells a lot (I know I do on Lux) then it's a good item.

You have AT LEAST 10 sec CD on every spell.
And AA sucks compared to RoA and Ring stacking.
I would typically get
Doran's -> Boots -> Morello's Tome -> Rod of Ages -> Rabadon's -> Void Staff -> Situational
but I don't see why getting AA automatically makes her dumb.

I think it's overpriced because the Mana to AP convert passive isn't unique.
Lowering the price would make stacking OP.
IMO they just lower the price and make the passive unique.
switch radabons and void staff and thats pretty much the perfect/best build for Lux imo

I personally have never played DotA and only few games of HoN.
and i think its a big mess, you cant tell the creeps and it all blends into this darkness.
I immediatly understood creeps in LoL because theyre so different from the rest you dont confuse them as heroes.

Unsurprisingly, Dota2 stands out with its graphics. Though i think that LoL has the best UI.
Then again, knowing that Dota2 is on the Source Engine, it will probably be fully customisable.
