I want to try Urgot but I hear he isn't viable.

Urgot is definitely viable. He is the undisputed king of harass. He just requires a modicum of skill to play effectively. He relies entirely on his e for effective harass so you need to be good with leading shots.

Play a game, lose, play a game, lose, play a game, lose. I want to like LoL but when I seem to be able to do fine my team mates are all a bunch of fucking retards.
Also why is there no system to just, kick someone out and get someone else in, in which then the game will give them the average level of their team mates and either a level equivalent amount of gold? It makes more sense than, "A summoner has quit" 2v3 guys have fun.
