An actual advice would be nice.
It's not that he kills well and is hard to kill, but free CC removal and speed boost make him somewhat like Olaf, except ranged. He wants someone dead = that person is dead.
Now, Olaf's ultimate has nice Cooldown while neither Parrley, Remove Scurvy or Boost Morale has significant one.

Just bought Taric. I feel like I should use Clairvoyance in order to be more of a support, but I'm not experienced with it and I'm afraid that I might just use it in an useless location and get flamed by the whole team.

Nope, the item order is also terrible.
Rod of Ages + Rylai's = 160 AP between 6k gold.
Your item order should be:
Rod of Ages
Deathcap
Rylai's (if enemy don't build magic resist)
Void staff (if they do)
Will of the Ancients (if not focused real hard)
Zhonya's hourglass (if focused real hard)
Abyssal scepter (if you didn't get the void staff)
Warwick free week

Prioritize RQWE
Ring or Sapphire 2 pots start depending if you want to do more early game harass (go with ring, but Annie isn't great at harass) or sustain (400 hp from pots)
Once you hit 6 harass them to about 70% hp and then flash bear drop qw ignite for a free kill
Sorcs, Rod of Ages, Deathcap, other AP items (Void Staff if they are stacking MR, Rylais for more hp, etc.)
If you fail as Annie using this then it's your own fault, because this is how you Annie
