A decent Annie easily can cycle through her Tibbers - Incinerate - Disintegrate combo before it hits.

After his buffs, lane fiddle is more effective than jungle fiddle. Sure, at first you will miss surprise ganks with cawcawcaw but for that you get massive lane control, cause your enemy is forced to play it safe.
In midgame lane fiddle should always try to gank, which often works out pretty good.
I did it, I'm doing it and I will continue to do it, cause it's effective as fuck.

I've reworked myself back into playing Tristana and Ezreal for the majority of my games. I go Tristana when I feel my team is strong enough to handle a 4v5 staredown while I just afk farm for 50 minutes. I go Ezreal when I feel like being hella baller with mystic shot snipes and then I just go afk farm for 50 minutes anyways. Neither of them are exactly the BEST AD range carries, but really it's all entirely preference. If you want to go super tryhard you should go practice and play Corki, Vayne, and Ashe.
If our support is Sona or Taric I go Tristana most of the time. If it's someone else I will go Ezreal or some other AD carry.
My tops are Irelia and Singed
Mids include Orianna, Annie, Kog'daww, and I've recently bought Kennen as well because I love playing Ezreal so much I might as well get the AP version.
I have met League's worst players in all my games today. Weird how every single one was on my team huh. team scores ~4/40 5 games straight. The other team having 10x your team's kills is just not fun at all.
LITERALLY 10 times our score FIVE games STRAIGHT.

Drain someone they run out of range and you're immobilized
Keep throwing them silencing crows but don't do much damage or they just run back.
Leave your midlane your turret gets pushed. Mid lanes going to gank almost never works because people don't even need wards to know that you're ganking because you're mia.
Fiddle can't farm either, since his crows don't bounce enough. Nor can he push a lane when it's needed.
His autoattack range is very short, gj getting harrassed while last hitting.
Mana costs are sky-high without blue.
No reliable method of harass (1 bounce of crow no damage compared to, say, vlad or annie Q).
No mana-efficient method of harass (terrify + drain uses a shitload of mana).
Easily zoned by better laners with longer range (brand, orianna, annie).

Seriously, who the fuck nerfs the total amount of healing by 50% and then it's scaling by 50% and buff it's base heal by ~6%?
Seriously, there's not even a way to describe this idiocy. This will also hit carries hard because they rely on dem heals because they're always focused. And since the cooldown was increased by so much, you'll only be able to churn out one heal and be useless the rest of the fight.

The Lane control will be noticeable if you are on a lane with someone else, not midlane.
Running back when the silence is cast hardly ever turns out succesful, because you should usually not throw your silence when the enemy is able to quickly run away from it... self-explaining.
On midlane, your miss will be noticed true. But sadly, many people ignore their minimap and just react to miss-calls.. if there is none, they wont notice.
His farming is just as swain's farming. you have to last hit, but you should be able to do so.. i almost never get harrassed by doing so, because the enemy risks to get a silence-fear-drain-ignite-flash which WILL hurt, no matter who you are. If you don't suck as fiddle and do it correctly, even annie or brand has to backport after that if he doesn't want to stay on lane with about 200 hp or so. That means, if they didn't die.
The mana costs are actually not even close to high, just get 9 glyphs of replenishment, which you should have anyways cause you use AP-carry rune. Also your crow can hit multiple times, it's not like ryze' energyball thingy.
I think you underestimate fiddle in a too hard way, but i beg you to not do so. Either try my way of fiddle out or learn your painful lesson by yourself if you encounter a decent fiddle. They don't such as hard as you think and they can bring your mid-ap down. :o

Laning with someone else means you lose level advantage which is horrible on an AP caster and it doesn't fit into the current meta at all.
And you can't rely on enemy team being dumb to gank...
And even if the mana costs aren't high, how are you going to deal with someone like Brand or Orianna or Zilean?

Okay, so how do you harass? Enemy laner will ALWAYS be able to run away from it. And if you use tons of mana on that fear... good luck since you won't deal much damage anyways and end up consuming 7 mana pots.
