the truth:

TSM was good with using wriggles SO MUST BE OP.

In all honestly its just alittle too cost efficient.

+200gp or -2% lifesteal would just do it

When compared to other items, it's just as cost efficient (more cost efficient than base items).

I think they're gonna nerf the bonus damage part of it, because they saw TSM getting dragon and baron real fast.

Actually, it kind of is a waste since Ashe has 18% lifesteal. One creep wave = regained hp.

I made a habit of pressing S every time I walk somewhere and stop.
Makes me not auto attack, helps a lot.
