It's just that going Q for the early game is really good because Orianna is amazing when played aggressively so constant Q spamming is a lot better than having a strong shield in the early game.

I usually start with a Doran's Ring (Sell later.) Build two ability tomes to make Hextech Revolver. Rod of
Ages > Rabaddons Cap > Sell Doran's Ring then thats usually as far as I get.. I build a Abystall Specter if I have time after that.
