You cant compare champions fully by simple graphs, there are other things that affect it too like luck, skills and summoner ability choices.

This is actually probably true, since Malphite would have higher base AD and AD growth as well as AS, as well as an AS and AD steroid and two decently high base damage abilities.

The people who don't take something offensive in Marks are total scrubs.
Everybody needs some form of self-defence, be it tank or support so pick according marks for your champion.
Seriously, every other mark which isn't offensive is a waste.
I don't remember when I had that long lose streak, thankfully it's over.
