I don't put myself in positions where I have to 1v1 him. It's just that I can't 1v1 him that sucks.
Gangplank has the same deal as most heavy damage carries. If you don't kill him first then he will fuck shit up, if you focus him down then he's useless.

Just saying that normal games isn't really a good indicator that you can beat a 1900. Hell, not even rank since you can't be sure that they really care about playing.
