I have dodge runes and I don't even use them when I play Jax. Go for the Tabi unless they have a large amount of CC.

I still cant believe i continued to play ranked after i was 1499 elo, -41 per loss, 3 losses, ffffffffstupid
I have 1222 elo right now, but am afraid to lose another since I am so close to having the bronze banner. My friend who I was duoing with (And winning every game) just started college so isn't on much :C
