I actually prefer ghost in almost all cases, unless I'm a tank with no escape ability.

On champs like Tristana, it's pretty useless to have flash. Since you can escape even further with Rocket jump.

Super low CDs, perma slow, can pull people out from their towers and into team, amazing jungler.
