Actually I'd say Orianna and Brand are practically even in the laning phase and it all depends on who gets the slight upper hand in positioning.

ELO is a bad system for a team game anyway. If it were all premade teams, sure, but for individual players its kinda shitty. Get stuck with a bad team, plummet and never be able to recover.
