first couple of games with him are hard
after those games you'll have a good sense of how to play him
he's not that great anymore though due to his high mana costs early game forcing him to recall A LOT in the jungle if someone takes his blue and the fact that he has no ranged skill so it's kinda hard to get up to someone
his ganks are fun though and if you can get blue everytime it's a minimal drawback

Personally, I hate Rumble due to his easy gameplay, no challenge whatsoever...
I haven't even played Rumble once, but it alot seems like it. I may/will be wrong with my opinion, but he is easy IMO.

I like Rumble because he's basically AP Mundo
hard to close the distance, but once you do you're unstoppable
