Randoms = suck, thus:
Play like normal. Jungler, top lane guy and AD carry from bot lane go all mid and gank the fuck out of them because randoms suck at communicating, thus they're calling ss when the guy at mid is already dead.

I'd much rather prefer something like in-game (as in not in actual match, but the client) "Tavern" where people can post their premade with champion composition / possible alternatives and note with what sort of champion they need.

You know, Group Finder from WoW sort-of. This way you can cross out 4 + 1 Random from Solo Que and boost game's social aspect.
