the only character i'm good at now is shen i've lost every game when i play another character but i never lose when i play shen lol

Is it just me, or would Reverse Annie be way cooler if you walk around as Tibbers and cast Annie? A huge fiery bear that lobs fireballs and summons a child in a bear suit to destroy his enemies, how could that not be awesome?

Talon is quite weak. The leaked numbers were wrong. 10% damage amp when enemy is CC'd Corki is 10% true damage regardless. His W does 60 damage rank one TOTAL. It doesn't have that much AD scaling when you consider the fact that it's bonus AD, and Garen deals nearly the same damage in 1 second of judgement. His E's damage amp is 3% at rank one. Terrible. 15% at rank five isn't that much either when you consider how late you'll get it to level 5. His ult is probably the only decent spell. His Q is a bad version of even WUKONG's Q. The blood trail is not useful at all, and Noct's trail gives him a speed boost, vision since you can see trail in fog, and a massive AD steroid. [editline]25th August 2011[/editline] riot releasing many up champions lately. imo, buff his W's base damage a bit, give talon some sort of steroid while on the trail, and reduce E's cooldown, or improve silence duration by a lot.' Ult maybe can use some slight buffs to base damage. Talon doesn't seem that great, generic assassin the way I see it. Kat's shunpo, Vayne's ult, any number of on hit effects. Boring. Probably going to get Lee Sin when I get to 6300 IP.

Talon is underpowered like no ones business. Terrible base damage, bonus AD scaling, his ratios are terrible, one of his abilities doesn't even do damage and it's effects are lackluster, his ultie would have merit if more than two blades could hit someone when they return, and his character looks like crap. He needs some serious changes to be any good.

Wukong is great with AS or AD items. His abilities get really strong if you have a lot of attack.

Its definitely possible that both Talon and Skarner will get buffs at some point. Wukong and Leona seem fine as is though.

There any changelog for stuff that was messed with in the last update?

His W has 80% AS and 40% passive AS steroid, compared to the low temporary passive from E. His E Deals less damage, but it slows. Xin Zhao deals around the same damage as Wukong R, but all at once, and gives tanky steroids. Basically, Xin Zhao with less steroids and lack of a slow.
