It doesn't matter if you're good you'll carry.

It might take a lot of games before you get to a high rating though.

Yeah, that's exactly how it is until you bring your ELO up. Just use a champ a bad player wouldn't know how to counter and you'll carry all your games.

Since really... It will help scrubs who got stuck at high Elo and help ok people who are stuck low... And we all know that super grand champ super extreme pro high mega pro Elo people can 1v5 every game and win them all.
