Riot's support is worthless.
I made a ticket telling them how I can't buy RP using my credit card since I get an error which says "Sorry our store has encountered an error and has stopped working. Please contact [url]http://support.leagueoflegends.com[/url] for more info". I mention that I've tried several times I'm 100% sure the info is right and that I've even tried entering it all without any special letters like é and ö.
Then I wait 1.5 days for an answer in which they make me go through some kind of retard check.
They ask me to post a picture of the error which doesn't say anything else than "It's not working, contact support" and the page before it, which payment method I use (which I stated in the ticket) and my location (yes riot, I red the basic billing FAQ and I'm at the same location where my card is registered) as well as asking me to make a internet analysis.
I respond and wait some more before they update with "Have you tried entering you billing info without any special characters?". I sigh and try once more for the sake of it, and surprise! It doesn't fix it.
I also mention that this is the first time I'm trying to buy RP since the EU split.
I wait some more time, but since I didn't want to miss out on a skinsale I go through the trouble to re-setup my paypal acc I haven't used in 4 years to try with that, which turns out to work.
So I update once more to inform them, but I mention that I still would like them to help me since I prefer not having to use paypal.
After a while they reply once more with the simple statement that "The problem seems unsolvable, but I've applied a 4-win IP boost. Have a nice day!".

the problem could be on your bank's end or something.
if you are using visa/visa electron, you might need to file a "verified by Visa" form at your bank, my card didn't work at random online stores until I filled that form

Raped every game after I got trinity.
I've used it at least 5 times before to buy RP, I've set verified by visa up, and it worked on steam yesterday.
But like I said, it's the first time I've tried since the split and it seems they've changed the system slightly.
Poppy is underated when the "pros" all start playing her the same thing that happened to kayle will happen to poppy.
Her passive is one of the greatest for a tanky burst to have. Mord ult at 100 hp? Oh I'll just use a health pot. It is just a pain to get a low HP poppy to die. Oh this skill does exactly the amount of health poppy has! Oh, it just only did half.

Yeah I just played singed too, nothing like getting boots of swiftness + your ult + ghost going at once with gas on, flipping anyone infront of you into your gas
