She's still broken as fuck late game
Ryze is the only counter to poppy i can think of because his combo is so spamable and its going to do about 10% with each overload thus poppy gets no passive to save her ass that and he can root to prevent her from doing anything.
How do you guys usually lane with poppy?

Say he had 2000 hp.
Ryze nukes her for 300 damage.
200 = 10% of 2000
Only the part that exceeds 200 will be cut in half, so it'll deal 250 damage, not 150 damage.
