Alright, I'll break the "red ice."
We've been looking at this since it was reported this morning with several testers, QA analysts, game designers, and even me!
We haven't see anything strange with the exception of Teemo's Mushrooms, Caitlyn's Traps, and possibly Nidalee's Traps.
Regarding [I]all other champions[/I], we've done a sweep on live and do not feel that anything has changed in the Talon patch. Just going over some of the champions in this thread, this includes (but is not limited to) Brand, Fiddlesticks, Galio, Swain, Shaco, Anivia, Alistar, Casseiopia, Blitzcrank, Leona, Mordekaiser, etc.
The one thing I want to note is that every indicator is [I]slightly[/I] less than the actual range [I]by design[/I]. This has been true for the past 2 years, and is due to the way we calculate ranges and champion positions. We had to make the choice between someone who was slightly outside the range getting hit versus someone who was clearly inside not getting it, and we chose the first.
If anyone can post a video or screenshots, please do. We'll be continuing to investigate, but for now, this feels like hysteria driven by a bug exclusive to Teemo and Caitlyn.
Nidalee's Javelin? Hitting more then usual? Hardly. I was using her the other day and the bastards I was fighting were avoiding the spear by being .02 inches from the model itself. Its working fine.

I don't think a zilean has ever stomped my team before. He has done some serious supporting and lane crushing though.
I have completely given up on this game. I got myself to 1070 ELO by carrying my team, and then my last 3 ranked games were shit. I hate to be in that 'hurr durr my team sucks fix matchmaking' category but it's a team game where only 1 in 10 games do you see teamwork.
Keeping it installed incase my friends want to play the odd game but i'm not touching it otherwise. Waste of my time.
Apparently once you play ranked you lose your soul or something.

Oh I didn't say that I was the Nocturne.
Went 16/5/15, we just raped them. I didn't see it, Xin had switched to Yi. A heal/ignite Yi who lost his lane's tower in 15 minutes. Zilean was my personal bodyguard (more like a babysitter or something, actually), I would get everyone on their team to half health and when they thought they had killed me, I'd come back with his ult and take the rest of their HP.
