Start with dorans ring or sapphire, rush catalyst, CDR boots. If it looks like an AD heavy team skip cata and build Glacial Shroud, AP heavy go Bveil otherwise ROA.
Then make sure to max your CDR to 40%, MET (or Deathfire if you want nuke for some reason) is nice, but Frozen Heart also good. Then get an abyssal sceptre and afterwise it's all situational, but a Deathcap is always nice.

The Mamba has a cord actually. You can plug it into the mouse. That's the way I used it because I am never having a battery die on me again. That is bullshit when that happens.

Once they un-meaningfully push him to the tower-range, they rly can't use those since... well he's in tower range, ofc you CAN but you would be hit by a tower if you do so, so it's not recommended to do that.
TL;DR: Pushed to tower = no more damage for them.

I was a bit of a retard I didn't know it was free, I bought it off steam. Happy I did though cause I got a lot more champions to start with, but I'd rather have the Sivir one even if it had less other stuff.
