hardly, his jungle is extremely controlled and safe if you're doing it right and his early game gank potential is outrageous, seriously his q does a fuckton of damage, combined with his slow and extreme mobility, he is one of the best, if not THE best ganker
he hardly scales off, as his q has amazing scaling and his ult hits like a fucking truck
basically you stack ad/survivability on him, his jungle is pretty fast so you will have a lot of farm
i usually go
wriggles->mercs treads->warmogs->atmas->some sort of mr item, qss, fon or bveil->bloodthirster
then if the game somehow hasn't ended yet (wtf seriously), sell wriggles for something else like ga or maybe some MORE DAMAGE CUZ FUCK YA YOU'RE LEE SIN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU WANT
you'll be tanky as fuck while doing a lot of damage
dont be a pussy as lee sin, you're going to be able to take a lot of damage and be an anti carry of sorts, dive in on that pussy bitch ashe and FUCK HER UP
