He's a "pubstomper" but Orianna, Brand, Annie and almost every other champion can pubstomp. Hell, they should've nerfed Master Yi and Tryndamere into the fucking ground if they're nerfing Xin so hard.
Full DPS Sona can pubstomp... glass cannons will always pubstomp, xin is no exception. Xin is already feeling weak as fuck now.

obviously get warmog's before atmas and you should probably build atmogs earlier, like after sheen
and also upgrade the boots earlier too
