I would say he is, I'm farming IP to get him right now
He might be a little on the weak side, but doesn't need help as much as Skarner does
His numbers are good/decent, his ult has a low cd and is annoying as fuck

I think as long as one of his abilities doesn't even do damage (his E) then he will be underpowered compared to other assassins. They should either give it a damage component and keep it low (both the damage and scaling) or make the silence longer (the same length as the damage buff at max level, scale it slowly).

I don't think his ratios are that great, I think he needs to much farm to be effective (comparatively) and I think his ultie isn't that great (maybe increase the return speed of the projectiles).

Then it would be too similar to Kat's shunpo
Best way to fix it is to up the damage amp a little, like 10 scaling to 20 from 1 to 5
Still, doing 15% more damage from 2500 single target 1500 aoe burst is hardly shit

Hello, first time posting in this thread, I started reading this thread a LONG time ago and never caught up till now, so I could finally fucking post.

After seeing you guys comment on singed carrying teams I decided to try him out, that picture is my first game as him.
Any tips for playing singed? I think I did okay but our WW kept running in with no other teammates in sight. one time skarner used his suppress on the enemy GP while WW was still suppressing gangplank, man, I cringed.
(fun fact, the game lasted 82 minutes)
If you want to play carry singed you generally want some AP since your ratios are crazy

When I say AD Sion is bad early game I mean he's terrible early game
Just had a great game as Singed. The enemy team was full of people who tried to finish me off when they were at low health. I got so many kills.

He's not so God awful.
Lemme see if I can save enough IP for Lee Sin. I'll most likely buy someone like Jarvan before I get to 6300 though, because patience is not one of my best qualities.

You have to invest in his E which has very little killing potential
But I cry when I see a farmed AD Sion running at me

why do people buy champs right when they're released and then complain they suck? The champion is free 2 weeks after their release, imo I'd wait to see others opinions and then try the champ myself before potentially wasting 4800-6300 IP
