How to fix Xin Zhao:
-Ult should give more flat armor
-Ult should have damage reverted to 20%. 15% current hp is really lackluster
-Reduce amount of time required to cast ult
Currently he will always explode if initiating, even with good tanky items.
However, Xin Zhao + Kayle ult = god.

Also, his E should be changed to be a bit more like Irelia's bladesurge.
He just feels quite useless after his E-R-Q-W-Q combo, since the CDs on his abilities are ridiculously long. His E damage should be nerfed a bit, but give it AD scaling as well as decreasing it's cooldown.

Rumble is easier to do well with in your first few games and is much less likely to get nerfed to the ground by Riot.
Orianna used to her full potential would be more helpful to your team, but it requires lots of skill to do that.
