I used to play tf2 lots, I've given hundreds of dollars in items away (max heads, unusals, buds, bills) in those threads. I just like giving. I guess. I don't play tf2 anymore so I moved to LoL giving.

Can you still save IP by buying loads of tier 1 runes and combining them until you get 9 t3? Unless my maths is failing me you loose way more IP by doing that, but I've heard people talk about it...

On average you'll probably save IP in rune costs, though you'll get critrunes even if you don't play tryndamere, etc. And you can get more than 9 runes aswell. It's better to save for what you want.
