There aren't really any I know of. The basic concepts of the game are something you learn through experience. Watch a high elo game replay or a livestream. That's how I got better.
Dodging thrice won't drop you down unless you dodged using your first ten games which are inflated elo games then you probably deserve the drop then because of what a stupid decision that was.
