I think Ignite is better on champions that have a bad early game. Exhaust is good if you don't have that problem and if your cooldowns are short.

Sometimes I'm a bigger douche
I just go like "dude dont take heal" and if they say they will take it, I'm an asshole and keep reminding them during the whole match (even more when they die) that heal is a bad spell.
