ignite alone and you get the kill 9/10 times, because the last ignite proc hits right after his ulti ends and most trynd's either pop bloodlust AS they're running away (to which they get hit and go back to 1hp anyway) or don't pop it all because it was on cooldown or they're stupid.

Every tryn I play against heals at the very last second of his ult and the ignite cripples that and the poison plus the rest of ignite destroy 200+ health
I didn't think just the ignite would work but never got to try that because 420 gas erry day
