I'm /really/ wondering if I should get Jarven.. Or save up for a rune page. 49 Hundred IP at the moment. I want jarven.. But I also want a rune page. Currently level 21

To be honest at start just get runes that would be good for any kind of champ (like defensive ones or cooldown reduction) buy some champs you like, later focus on specific runes

Runes shouldn't matter [i]too[/i] much, since skill is what matters more, but just get runes later, Jarvan is fun and strong. Guys, the main problem with Ashe's ult is that if you get hit by it, it stuns you. Guys, the main problem with autoattacks is that if you get hit by them they do damage to you. Guys,the main problem with armour is that when you autoattack someone with armour, you do less damage. God, this is just fucking stupid.

I've got a solution, remove Ashe's ult, remove autoattacks, and remove armor.

Gold nerf make junglers NEED to gank and dragon ASAP to even get a respectable amount of gold. Removing red also weakens gank of many junglers, even the imfamous Warwick.

Start with Regrowth and make it into philo stone. Then you get HoG then Phage then Tanky or Triforce depending on your farm.
