How? Have you seen a decent Ryze? Early-mid has his burst is on par (maybe a bit less) than any other mage (excluding ult), not to mention that he's pretty tanky early-mid with catalyst and glacial shroud.
Then comes lategame and he becomes a god with roa, bv, frozen heart, aa staff, voidstaff and rapes shit with his aoe ulti and no cooldowns. Focusing ryze will take ages because he's so damn tanky and not focusing him = your team getting raped because he hits harder than a truck. Ryze can afford to walk into the middle of an enemy team just to get in range of a carry, unlike other AP where they need to position themselves at the edge of the teamfight and they have to focus whoever is safe to. Ryze just walks up to ashe and blows her up.

Aww fuck dude I fucking HATE playing a champion who has the best initiate on our team.
It's basically 2 teams playing aram in mid until someone initiates.
But when I initiate, my team just focuses the tank while I'm 1v2'ing ashe and brand at the back of their team.
When I don't initiate, my teammates cry.
When enemy team initiates, we lose.

I play with him a lot and this was several months ago. Dysentery and I finally converted him to AP morde like he should play but he still has the tank mentality sometimes and gets raped for just standing there looking badass.
Pretty much if theres a gunblade and sheen in your build you win.

Basically how you build akali, but you are really manly balls of steel.
(also with lichbane, his Q is without a doubt the best scaling spell ever in this game).

well if you edit your game files you can start up games that can support more people than 5v5. It gets pretty wonky at 8v8 and it uses the Dominion map settings for some reason so you can pick up Promote and that other one but they don't work so you shouldn't take them also you only get like 50 gold if you kill a champion with kill streaks being like 150
