I'd somehow managed to mash w enough alongside E+QQQQQQQQQ as urgot to get an ace. I was the only one of my team currently alive and I'd just aced the entire enemy as they were standing on top of our nexus.

His ultimate is not that long range actually.
His Q is pretty amazing, has a ton of utility, even to kill turrets with, for leashing, for clearing creep waves, to gtfo, to close gaps, against stealth characters, etc.
His W is a banshee's veil timed ability that if used to block will give you a temporary 20% attack speed bonus, plus it already gives you a 20%->45% (+5% per skillup).
His E is just an amazing fear that goes decent damage and has fairly long range for a melee character, and will allow you to do all sort of crazy things.
His R is basically either to initiate a team fight with, get to an on-going fight faster, or being an "OH NO YOU ARE [B]NOT[/B] GETTING AWAY WITH 50 HP YOU BASTARD" ability.
His passive is amazing if you can put it in a big clump of minions, for some sick heals in lategame.
He's extremely scary in-lane, and he has a fairly good jungling time because he doesn't [I]need[/I] blue, can clear wraiths easy because of Q and the passive, and with a Wriggle's will just destroy everything in the jungle.
Also he's practically unkillable because of his W and the fact he's amazing as a tanky DPS and if you put a BV on him he won't take any spell bullshit

I was pretty surprised by how low the range on Nocturnes ultimate is, but it kinda makes sense. Would be incredibly hard to keep it balanced with a higher range.

I think I just found my new Nasus build. Get Philo's, Sheen, Merc's, rush warmog's, then atma's (or some MR), then GA and finish Trinity. Tried it last match and raped the enemy team. Our team had a leona though, which is why I didn't go full tank.

Fucking love Soraka. I was shutting down Nasus in lane with Panth. I kept silencing him when he tried to last hit with his Q, and when silence was on CD I healed the minions that he was targeting, costing him the bonus to Q.
Also GP ganked me and I destroyed him completely. Almost killed him, but he ran away before I could finish him. I was left at above half health.
Lost two 4v5's today when my team had the 5.
I'm seriously considering one of the following:
A. Only Playing Ranked
B. Uninstalling the game
C. Pleasuring myself with a spiked bat and posting results.

If GP knew what he was doing it probably could have just R'd E'd, Q'd, Ignited (if he had it) and just kill.

Funny thing is, he used everything he had except his ultimate (and he didn't have ignite) but the thing is, I only healed once after he ran. He wasn't doing shit to me, so ignite probably wouldn't have helped all that much.

If I were you, the first major AP item I'd get would be Rylai's, works well when spamming q, and that GP wouldn't have gotten away from you.
I had this one game as Soraka, where we had gotten into a team fight earlier, before I knew it, it was just me and an enemy Udyr at crit health, he thinks he can go for it, and bear stances, sprinting at me. I silence him, and Rylai's kicks in, then I knew "I can do this" and then I Q'd him to death before he even caught me.
Shortly after making my escape into the jungle, the enemy Akali that we killed rather early in the fight, jumped out of the bushes and destroyed me, but I kited that Udyr to hell and back, and it was good. :downs:
