What I hate about being in a shitty team is that, if I don't go to some small teamfights on mid, I can farm freely, but they lose and blame me. But if I do go to teamfights, I lose because I didn't farm enough.

Just ignore them. If you think that farming is more important at that moment, farm. They will only be upset for a little while if you help win the game because of the extra farm.
Is Ezreal more effective as AP, AD or just as effective with either?

There's only one physical ability but the cooldown on the others are fucking long. You'd be a damn mage if you would stack AP.

Corki has his damage split around 50/50 for abilities and autoattacks.
You're definitely going to need mana regen/level yellows, he's mana hungry as fuck.
Start off with a few doran's blades, then rush a trinity force. After that you should get Black Cleaver, Infinity Edge, Bloodthirster, and Banshee's Veil whenever it feels needed.
Black Cleaver gives a total of 95 armor reduction with his E which is fucking crazy, considering the average armor on a squishy is around 70. -30 armor makes your damage go up. He is awesome.

I don't think you understand why Singed is considered OP.
i've honestly never really had any problems with singed and i really don't get why everyone started whining about him being op all of a sudden

he's the 2nd best tank in the game atm behind Amumu, and better than Amumu in solo queue b/c he requires no team co-ordination for maximum effect

Manamune + sheen < rush triforce in dps output by a lot though, which is why i recommend to learn corki so that you don't waste any mana midgame, and let the mana regen/lvl and innate mana kick in.
You shouldn't run outta mana in teamfights if you start off with full mana ever though. And while laning, if you're getting outlaned just use missiles to farm. Autoattack the 3 caster minions once each then ult (Q costs lots of mana).
Once you play against competent players with a Singed on their team you'll see
