Playing with my brother and his "insane mid" build LeBlanc. He's lvl 25, so the other players are higher level than me. Nice way to train though.

their comp was so superior. We had a smite ryze instalock, but took CV wisely.
Me and poppy were positive, rest negative early game. Then we stepped it up nicely.

You can shut down Singed in several ways.
1) Get a good VS Singed / Pick TP when he doesnt.
2) Gank him often.
3) DONT FUCKING CHASE/FOCUS HIM.
4) Kite him.
5) Manage to get to late game where he wont be such an impact anymore.

The problem isn't dealing with Singed, rather what happens if you don't.
Singed can be countered, it's just not easy to do so. The thing is that he should be ignored, but most people just can't do that, or ignore him at the wrong times and think that he won't do enough damage to kill them (oh he's just a tank anyway, I don't care if I'm alone at bot lane he'll do nothing to me)

I'm talking with a guy who thinks twitch is good and does sick damage. I counter with asking him if he does so much damage, why does nobody pick him in high ranked. He says because of bans.
He also thinks talon is op.

The main problem is that in small skirmishes or early-mid fights he's too durable to kill first but does too much damage over time to ignore. Not to mention he's hard to pin down due to his ult + merc treads and the fact that he has an aoe slow + fling.
