The way I see Kassadin, he really only needs some [b]small[/b] buffs. It's kinda hard to do well with him, he's not the best pick.
It's not that he doesn't do enough damage, but he always just "almost" kills someone. His W and his passive are useless, too.

Those would be good changes. The need for less charges would make Force Pulse more usable early game (thus buffing Kassadin's weak point), and the R buff would increase his damage output, which would be great.
As in, sometimes your R doesn't even hit people.

everytime i ping and say i'm ulting get ready, they kinda just hesitate and wait to attack until my ult is over and the enemy is scattered

That's why I come up later in the teamfight, when I'm playing Amumu, going all:"Yeah, trust me, I will come at the perfect moment" Which is actually best way to use ult as Amu; use it when team is already in their range attacking them, which gives a good game-breaking chance.

I'm gonna try to start playing Veigar in ranked. He's so amazing and it's so easy to get a great score. The only problem is trusting my team to not feed while I'm farming.
