Now that I think about it it's been a while since I've been Veigar vs Anivia but it doesn't seem like a problem. Unless she delays her deathcap I'll be able to taker her out of the fight for 6 seconds if not outright get her killed. Easy.

The cooldown on Q is 4 seconds at rank 5, her egg takes 6 seconds, leaving another 4 for your w to be off cooldown. You might not be able to kill her again, but you'd be able to chunk her health (and hopefully your team can take it from there)

But Jungle Noc was a bro and ganked top until we destroyed their tower. They surrendered soon, but I did have time to rush in with my ult and get some free kills.
